Estelle Joubert has been actively involved in Credit Control over the last 14 years.  Her knowledge and experience was gained whilst consulting to and training on Best Operating Practices in the art of collecting debtor's payments to terms.  The Companies involved included suppliers of Gas, Cement, Lubricants, Liquor, Pathologists, IT product supply and implementation, Attorneys and a Training Academy.

Estelle sees Credit Control as a science and states:  Where the necessary principles are instituted and followed and staff is trained as to how to pro-actively collect Debtor's payments, Credit Control, within a business, becomes a manageable process which completes Good Customer Service.  Of course Cash flow then improves and Bad Debt write offs are reduced and minimised.

Estelle developed this Training Programme as a result of knowledge gained through experience.  It starts at the beginning and goes to the end of the 12 different aspects of Credit Control. The process is controlled and managed though good reporting.

The training is short, sharp and to the point and its objective is to train Credit Controllers to hit the ground running.

The Debtors Credit Control Training has been very well received by the 40+ trainees who have attended the course already.
